Why is the shipping cost of Magic Wheel much cheaper when two units are shipped?
Due to the unique shape of the packaging, the volumetric weight is the method used to calculate the shipping cost instead of the actual net weight of 9.3kg. Therefore, when two units are shipped together, the shipping cost will be significantly reduced

How long do I have to wait to receive my orders?
Oversea delivery: Once the order is comfirmed, the Magic Wheel will take 2-3days to reach you.
Singapore Delivery: Once we have comfirmed your order, the Magic Wheel will be delivered to you
within 1-2 days.

Can I change the delivery date and time after the confirmation?
Overseas delivery: The delivery date and time cannot be changed once the product is shipped.
Singapore Delivery: Delivery date and time can only be changed 6 hours before the delivery.

Can I request for a specific date and time to receive my orders?
Overseas delivery: You can choose to arrange for a specific date and time with the shipping company. Once the product delivery is arranged, you will receive the shipping information from MagicWheel.SG
Singapore Delivery: Upon confirmation of your order, you can arrange a preferred date and time for delivery.
